The chairperson of the Institute for Citizens’ Rights Bashir Suleymanli has met the ambassador of France to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross on January 14. The state of human rights and civil society, restrictions regarding the activity of the NGOs and criminal cases have been discussed in the meeting. How efficient the dialogue was which was conducted with the government in this direction last year has been given to the attention. Moreover, the exchange of ideas on the direction of future development of the liberated region has also been conducted.
