The Institute for Citizens’ Rights conducts a program regarding the capacity building of young lawyers. The goal of the program is to help the students and graduates of law faculty to increase their knowledge and skills by conducting training and workshops besides motivating young lawyers to advocacy and human rights protection.

This includes several directions:

1) Increasing the practical and theoretical knowledge of young lawyers through local trainings;
2) Enriching the knowledge of young lawyers by involving them into legal aid activity;
3) Capacity building of young lawyers regarding research and academic writing;
4) Contributing to the training of young legal lawyer experts in specific areas via ensuring their participation in the foreign program;
5) Creating a library for young lawyers;

More than 30 different legal topics trainings in this direction are conducted locally every year. Itsupports more than 5 young lawyers to increase their knowledge in different foreign programs every year. The organization cooperates with 5 young lawyers. Moreover, it also contributes to the increase
of practical knowledge of youth that studies in the law faculty by involving them as volunteers.
