The employees of the ICR have visited Barda city on February 12. The purpose of the visit was to investigate the problems of persons who suffered from the war and to conduct legal aid to them.
Lawyer Laman Khalilzada has met with citizens whose homes were destroyed during the war and received other financial and moral damages and investigated their problems. Preparing the appropriate documents later on, they have been sent to the state bodies and aid funds. Taking the scale of problems and number of appeals into consideration, the ICR management plans to visit that region more in the future and to establish a local representation in the region.
