On October 2, the lawyers of the Institute for Citizens Rights (ICR) Ulkar Hamidli and Aynur Bagirova have conducted legal aid to women who suffered from the war in the city of Tartar. During the day, the problems of approximately 30 citizens have been studied and appropriate documentation work has been carried out.
During the legal aid, citizens mostly asked to prepare appeals to the relevant bodies for repairing the damage done to their homes. Furthermore, there have also been appeals regarding the targeted state social aid and reimbursement of medical expenses.
