On April 16th and 17th, trainings on “Evidence in Civil Proceedings” and “Property Rights in the ECHR Precedent Law” have been held for young lawyers.
Members of the Bar Association, attorney Rovshana Rahimli, first informed the participants about the use of written and material evidence, expert opinions, evidence obtained by on-site examination, audio and video recordings, the testimony of witnesses and explanations of persons involved in the case as evidence, then spoke about the procedure for submitting, providing and evaluating evidence and held practical discussions with participants.
On April 17th, in the theoretical part of the training, Emin Abbasov, a trainer in international law, conducted a comparative analysis with the participants on national and international legislation, property rights in the ECHR Precedent Law, and admissibility. And in the practical part, cases related to property intrusions and protection of property were resolved and extensive discussions took place with the participants.
