On April 23, training on “Administrative Law and Administrative Procedural Law”, and on April 24, training on “Mediation process and conduction rules” have been held for young lawyers. The trainings consisted of theoretical and practical parts.
Trainer lawyer, and human rights expert Samad Rahimli first informed the participants about the features, principles, administrative proceedings, and administrative acts of administrative law. The practical part provided information on the distinctive features of administrative procedural law, relevance, possibility issues and types of claims. And in the end, the participants were given tasks, speeches were made and extensive discussions were held as well.
Another trainer, Fariz Namazli, a member of the Bar Association, informed the participants about the basic concepts of the mediation process, the scope, goals and principles of mediation, and the rights and duties of the parties and the mediator. The next part of the training provided information on the grounds for the application of the mediation process, the rules of conduction of mediation, the grounds for termination of the mediation process, the reconciliation agreement and its implementation. And in the end, the participants were acquainted with the website mediasiya.gov.az, legislative documents and several court decisions.
