We support new initiative groups that have been established after 2016 in Baku and regions and their institutionalizing. By this, we aim to achieve the overall development of civil society and its inclusiveness. We believe that citizens can decrease the burden of government by solving their problems together, more professional and operative as communities. Gathering local communities around their problems would also cause the creation of new ideas and innovations. It would allow them to look at future optimistically, and increase self-confidence.
We currently support 8 different young initiative groups and conduct training, workshops. Furthermore, we help initiative groups to improve their skills by supporting their participation in the overseas events, conferences, training and workshops via partners.
