Legal aid portal launched

Benefisiar Legal Aid portal of the Institute for Citizens’ Rights which is mainly envisaged for
citizens with low-incomes has been launched after the update. The portal has been perfected even
more and has made laws more accessible for citizens. Materials are getting prepared and
uploaded for making laws more understandable and in an easy explanation for citizens. Besides,
enlightening videos are prepared. Furthermore, news regarding the law, new laws that have been
adopted by the Parliament and other necessary information are regularly delivered to the viewers
operatively by opening a Telegram channel.
Samples of appeals have been inserted for the citizens on the portal. So, any citizen can download
those templates from the portal and can send appeals and complaints to desired government body,
and courts.
Moreover, a new section for inserting legal writings and initiatives of young lawyers has been
created on the portal. In addition, the suggestion section regarding the laws has also been created
on the portal. Young lawyers will be able to prepare the suggestions regarding the needed
amendments to the laws and present it to the discussion of the society by publicizing them.
