ICR began the implementation of a new program

The main goal of the program is to increase transparency and accountability by integrating
citizens into the electronic government system. Assistance to the solution of the problems of
more citizens mainly living in the regions is made by expediting the integration of them into the
e-government system during the implementation of the project. Accessibility to legal procedures
of persons with difficult social circumstances is being provided.
Informativeness and enlightenment amongst the citizens are carried out through the Benefisiar
web portal which is an organ of the ICR on social media, the process is being eased more for the
citizens by preparing video clips.
Legal and technical assistance is being carried out for citizens whose social circumstances were
worsened due to unemployment in the pandemic period to receive the “Targeted Social Aid”.
Citizens are uninformed about the electronic system since it is new, and also filling out the
application form process is difficult.
It has been envisaged that workshops will be conducted in the regions in the future to teach local
communities the appeal mechanisms to the Electronic Government System, and by doing that
assistance will be made for more people to get benefit from it. Besides, the skills of local
communities will be improved in regard to filling out the application form to the “Targeted
Social Aid”.
