On January 22, legal aid has been conducted to citizens at the Ganja office of the ICR. During the day, 14 people applied for legal aid. Each applicant was interviewed individually and their current socio-legal problems were studied. Relevant legal advice was provided on the spot, appropriate documentation and notes were made as well.
Citizens appeals were related to unemployment, refusal to determine the degree of disability, granting a degree of disability, ownership for the real estate, inheritance, division of property, installation of the Internet, the targeted state social aid, granting the status of a war veteran, alimony. For more detailed preparation of some complaints and appeals, documents were taken from citizens and continued to be prepared at the central office.
