The ICR has conducted legal aid to citizens in need in the regions. Training regarding the
preparation of appeals and complaints to government bodies, sending social appeals and requests
has been conducted for local citizens of Tartar and Shaki. Young lawyers have answered the
questions of the citizens in the training sessions and helped them to solve their legal problems.
Support to citizens with more difficult problems is still being continued.
