The ICR has prepared manual and flyers for observers who take part in the Parliament elections to be held on February 9, 2020. 10 000 flyers and 3000 manuals have been prepared in total.Opening of the polling station, rights and duties of observers have been indicated on the flyers.The manual has been more thorough and informative. Extractions from the laws regarding the operation of election commissions, rights and duties of observers, the behaviour of outsiders in the election, the status of other election participants have been included in the manual. Most importantly, 8-10 act forms have been prepared in every manual in order to register the violations on Election Day. Acts could easily be taken off from the manual upon compilation. Besides, a
sample for the preparation of complaints regarding any violations that have taken place in the election to the appropriate higher commissions has been placed. The manual has become so significant that numerous candidates made their copies and distributed them.
