Representatives of the long-term observation mission of OSCE ODIHR has met the staff of the Institute for Citizens Rights regarding the elections for Milli Majlis (Parliament) which will be held on February 9, 2020. The pre-election situation, state of political freedoms have been discussed in the meeting. Besides, an exchange of views has been conducted with the observers of OSCE regarding putting forward candidates and their registration, signature-gathering, state of advocacy campaigns
