Junior lawyer Ulkar Hamidli, who participated in the trainings of the Institute for Citizen Rights, became a member of the Bar Association.
Ulkar Hamidli successfully participated in trainings of the organization on increasing the skills of junior lawyers and developing their practical knowledge, as well as increasing the participation of women in the legal aid process.
She was also one of the pioneers in the process of legal aid to citizens. She helped the war-affected citizens in the regions, especially in the settlement of their social rights, conducted legal aid to victims of domestic violence.
Ulkar Hamidli continues her activities in the direction of improving the skills of junior lawyers. She contributes to improving the skills of young girls in particular to become attorneys in the future.
