On November 6 and 13, training sessions for young lawyers on “Theoretical and practical aspects of the statement of claim” have been held.
Fariz Namazli, a member of the Bar Association, has given theoretical information to the participants in the first week. He has commented on Articles 149 and 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure while writing a statement of claim to the courts.
And in the practice part, 4 cases were worked on with the participants. Besides, they have prepared statements of claims in accordance with these cases.
