On March 5, a training session on the “Right of Inheritance” has been held for young lawyers.
Fariz Namazli, a member of the Bar Association, has informed the participants about the inheritance under the law and written will, compulsory share in the inheritance, acceptance of the inheritance and other issues. Moreover, practical cases related to inheritance in the courts were discussed as well.
