Trainings for youth and other age groups have been conducted prior to the elections to Milli
Majlis held on February 9, 2020. The team of the ICR which consists of young lawyers and
election specialists has organized trainings for the observers of independent candidates and other
impartial observers both in Baku and in the provinces. Conducting observation, collecting facts,
writing acts and writing the complaints to the appropriate commissions have been taught in the
trainings. Nearly 900 people have participated in approximately 50 trainings in general. 214 of
them were women, and 665 were men. Trainings have covered Ganja, Zagatala, Absheron,
Sumgayit and other regions.
